Embedding interactive scrubbable videos in Behance
I make visualisations of products where you can orbit around them in 10 degree steps, so there are 36 images all in all.
I want to present them on Behance, but showing them as a video or gif wouldn't really show how they're used. Also, because there aren't that many frames, it'd look very choppy.
Is there any way to make videos scrubbable, so you can scrub through the video by dragging your cursor or finger over it?

Failed to upload. please try again
So I've started a new project and wanted to upload a 1920 x 1080 png, when I press upload the image appears with the progress bar.
but then I get a error: Typography.png failed to upload. Please try again.
when I upload a file from my older project (which uploaded no problem) I get the same error.
does anyone know what it is? I'm sure it's not my file because I get it with all files, even the ones I uploaded before.

Behance custom URL no longer works
The custom URL pointing to my Behance site no longer works. It redirects to an unpublished Adobe Portfolio site. I can’t publish in Adobe Portfolio without purchasing a plan. Do I need to purchase a Creative Cloud plan in order to continue using a custom URL on Behance? I don't wish to use Adobe Portfolio.

Sync from Adobe portfolio to Behance not stable
Hello
I publish different lightroom collections in adobe portfolio via the lightroom collection sync with adobe cloud. The refresh of the collections in Portfolio works very well,
and normaly I can use the "publish to behance" function in portfolio to publish a new or updated collection to behance.
But sometimes when I try to update an existing collection on behance I get an error "Ups,; something went wrong on behance, try again" .. if this happens . .this collection never syncs again with behance . The only solution is to delete the collection in portfolio and sync as new collection to behance .
Any idea to fix this very annoying problem ?

Two accounts with the same email??
hi, I’m having a lot of trouble, first I couldn’t log into my adobe ID with my email, and it wouldn’t send me a reset password email, so I tried to sign in with my google account and it made a new account but I already have an account and I need to use behance and myportfolio but now I have two accounts and I can’t access the one that has all of my stuff on it. Can someone please help me get my account back?

Behance Profile information will not save
I'm a new Behance user, and I'm trying to fill out my profile information such as "About Me" and "On The Web", etc. However, every time I click "Back to Profile", none of the information I fill out is saved. It won't even save what state I'm from. I was told that Behance saves your information automatically, so why isn't this information being saved? I don't see a "save" button that I am supposed to push, so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, am I?
In short, how do I save my profile information? This should be easy, but it's not working.

Transfer Student Behance to Personal Email
My Adobe membership provided by my college has expired, so I can no longer log onto my Behance account using my student email. I would like to transfer my student email Behance to my personal email, but have found no solutions to this problem.
Have any other former students on Behance had this problem before? I can't imagine that/why Behance would allow thousands of Behance accounts owned by former students to become dead accounts and not allow the option to transfer our projects to a personal email account. I hope I'm not just being optimistic.

How do I download videos from someone's project?

"You have exceeded the amount of projects you can publish"
Hi all, I'm new to Behance, just started to upload my projects today.
After uploading about 40 projects, I was unable to upload any more projects, as a message 'you have exceeded the amount of projects you can publish' appeared.
Hmm is there a limited numbers of projects an account can upload?
Or is it simply restraining the numbers of projects uploading between a certain period of time? for example, no more than 40 projects per day or so?
Tried searching the keywords but so far what I found was that Behance doesn't limit the numbers of projects people can upload.
I refreshed several times but same warning still appeared and stopped me from publishing my project.
Please help, any response is appreciated.

Behance - GIF Issue
Hi,
I was uploading a project on Behance and I have 2 GIFs into. I export both the same way with Media Encoder and one of them doesn't work. I try different options for export but nothing works at the moment and I don't find answers to my problem.
The sizes are correct, one of them is 125 KB and one of them is 5.16MB but Behance can support files up to 50MB so I don't understand why it doesn't working.
When I upload the file, it works and when I save or publish the project, the image becomes like "blank".
